It's been hot here the past few weeks, so we've been going swimming a lot at our friend Kate's house. Hannah and I dip in for a bit, while Parker mostly runs around the yard playing with the dogs - occasionally getting in for a couple minutes with Hannah or just splashing her feet in the pool. On Saturday, I was encouraging some splashing, so Parker decided to try with her hands & rolled right in! Oops! Luckily, mommies were there to save the day. A little water was ingested & she was VERY uncharacteristically cuddly for a few moments (with no crying), but she recovered just fine and was back to chasing the dogs and splashing her feet in no time. She probably went in the water more that day than normal. By the way, she floats. :)
The babies are all doing great. Kicking around like little Olympians & challenging the reaches of my belly. We have appointments every Monday, so we'll try to keep folks posted!
