All is well with the ever-expanding Durrant-West clan. The babies are doing well, and Dale is about as big as she got with Parker. Two months to go! She's stopped working for now, and spends most of her time plopped on the couch with her nose buried in a book. Poor Hannah is running her booty off trying to keep up with everything! Parker is her usual gleeful self. She's adding words to her vocabulary all the time - the latest being "no," "mine," and "bubbles." Here are some general pictures of summer, and of our trip to Ocracoke. We got into trouble with the doctor for that one, by the way. Our nurse practitioner said it wasn't recommended and gave us the official warnings, but we went anyway. When our doctor found out we went, he had a fit - we think we might have gotten the nurse practitioner in trouble, even though we assured him we knew the risks and went anyway....

New photos of Parker
Proof
Hello! Well, it's been quite a while since we've posted any messages, and what better reason to get back on track than new offspring?! As most of you know, we found out this week we're expecting triplets, as evidenced by the above photo. Of course, this has turned our world upside down a little bit thinking about all the stuff we should worry about, but we're also very excited to have three new sets of feet pattering around our little house, and for Parker to show off her big sister skills. It's definitely not what we planned, but whatever is in life? For now, we're focusing on the immediate needs and praying Dale's queasiness doesn't make all of us miserable. Also, it's looking like Dale will get pretty big. She's only two months and already has the belly she had at 3 & a half months with Parker! Yikes! We'll try to keep folks posted about our progress in this blog.
